Anti-Semitic graffiti and swastikas were daubed on 51 apartments. 2 Jewish teenagers were charged with the hoax after they'd tried to collect the reward by turning in someone else. They were also suspected of numerous other incidents dating back several months, all of which had been attributed to 'racists'.
