Summary: In the case of the Jackson church a mentally ill Black parishioner pleaded guilty to tagging the building and setting the fire. In Bloomington, the church’s openly gay organist was charged with arson, as well as painting the “Heil Trump!” graffiti, a swastika and an anti-gay slur. As usual, both cases were quickly and quietly relegated to the Memory Hole.
