Improvements to site - 'Join' sends confimation email, 'Contact' works, 'show password', improved CSS, and old reports have been restored

The purpose of this site is to compile a comprehensive database of the false reports of "hate crimes" committed (mostly) in the USA. It builds on the work of Laird Wilcox, whose Crying Wolf (PDF) is the original book on this subject. The books Hate Crime Hoax and Hate Crimes: Criminal Law & Identity Politics are recommended.

Summary: A black woman, Crystal Magnum, claimed to have been raped by several lacrosse players at a frat party. Normally, rape is not a hate crime, but the DA of the district said this was. He was subsequently disbarred, and the defendants declared innocent.
